The check-in process was smooth and efficient with welcoming staff who set a positive tone. The room was spacious which provided us comfort during our stay.

The bed and linens provided comfort during my stay, and the grilled fish from the restaurant was a highlight. However, the bathroom cleanliness was an issue, with a dirty floor and a rusted tub. One elevator was out of service, causing delays. Additionally, the billing was troublesome with unexpected charges, leaving a sour taste in an otherwise peaceful visit.

The hotel had a convenient location near the

beach, making it easy for us to explore. The staff was extremely helpful, but we faced some issues with housekeeping not providing enough towels and our room not being cleaned properly during our stay.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting the Virginia Aquarium and Ocean Breeze Waterpark. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Shout out to the bar area with its friendly bartender. Definitely enjoyed being close to great restaurants and shops too.

One downside was the dining room hours. Sometimes it wasn’t open when we expected it to be, which made it tricky for planning meals.

The Standard King Room was spacious and had a super comfy bed. I liked the mini fridge and coffee maker to have snacks and coffee at my convenience. It was a bit noisy from the expressway, though, and I heard other guests complain about the old toilet. Overall, it was a decent room but could use some updates.

My kids wished the indoor pool was warmer and the breakfast situation was clearer. only two passes for the buffet left us in a pinch. The slippery floor was a concern, too, so maybe a safety upgrade would help families feel better about using the pool.
